You are free to use the songs in commercial projects. If income from your project is over $50,000 then we would ask you to contact us over licensing any songs for a small fee.

You can share a song with friends purely to show just what a great app Baboom Beats is. If your friends want to use a song in their own project then they should buy the app. Please don't abuse the sharing of songs. If people give away the music then we will be unable to continue producing new songs for the library.
